With over 25 years of experience in patient care, I am deeply committed to clinical excellence and compassionate, personalized service. I founded Arizona Concierge RN to provide the highest level of professional nursing care—delivered with kindness, respect, and complete confidentiality.
My background spans a broad range of medical and surgical specialties, including cardiac, plastic surgery, ENT, general, and extensive orthopedic care. Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong reputation for attentive, individualized care that puts patients first.
Through Arizona Concierge RN, I’m proud to bridge the gap between hospital-level expertise and the comfort of home. Whether supporting post-operative recovery, coordinating medical services, or providing ongoing wellness care, my goal is simple: to offer peace of mind and exceptional nursing to every client I serve.
When I’m not caring for patients, I love traveling, hiking, and spending time with my family.
Rene Mccumber, RN
With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I’ve dedicated my career to providing compassionate, high-quality care across a wide range of hospital settings—from neurology and critical care to post-operative recovery. Over the past six years, I’ve focused on outpatient surgical care, including plastic and orthopedic procedures, helping patients recover safely and comfortably.
Today, I’m proud to bring that same level of expert care into the home as a Concierge Nurse. I truly value the opportunity to support patients one-on-one during their recovery, offering not just clinical expertise but also comfort and peace of mind.
When I’m not caring for patients, I love to travel and spend time with my family—especially anywhere with a beach!
Tracy Sitek, ACNP, RN
I began my career in trauma medicine in 1984 as a firefighter and medic. Wanting to become a nurse, I pursued my degree and graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1991. I joined a critical care team serving the underserved at County hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
I was drawn to healing the sickest and most broken—work that led me through Trauma, ER, Surgery, ICU, and recovery. As I watched patients heal, I began to understand how much strength comes from the mind and spirit. This became my first glimpse into the deep role mental health plays in overall well-being.
Over the next four decades, I grew in experience and returned to school, earning my Master’s Degree in Nursing with honors in 2015 from Grand Canyon University. I became an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and left the hospital to focus on Pain Management, Advanced Aesthetics, and post-op care for surgical and VIP patients. Each of these roles reminded me that physical and mental health are deeply connected.
That understanding led me to Arizona Concierge RN, where I now provide post-surgical care in the comfort of patients’ homes—work that is both meaningful and fulfilling.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband Ted and our sons Will and Alex—hunting, fishing, watching movies, and enjoying the company of our Maine Coon and rescue cats.
